Professional Experience: The 2010 season marks Barno’s first season with the Yard Dawgz.  He spent five seasons with the Colorado Crush from 2004-2008 and part of the 2008 season with the Arizona Rattlers.  Barno has a career total of 50 unassisted tackles, 91 total tackles and 13 sacks.  He holds the single season sack record for the Crush with six sacks and helped lead the Crush to an Arena Bowl Championship in 2005.  In 2003, he attended the Tennessee Titans training camp.

College Experience: Played defensive tackle at East Stroudsburg University from 1999-2002.  He had a four-year career total of 143 tackles, 17.5 sacks and 36 tackles for a loss.  In 2003, Barno was named the NSCA Strength-and-Conditioning Athlete of the Year.  He was also named the All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference First-Team Defense in 2001 and 2002.  In the 2003 Cactus Bowl, he set a bowl record with two sacks.  In the game against Mansfield on 9/7/02, he totaled six solo tackles, three tackles for a loss, two sacks, and two forced fumbles, which earned him the PSAC East Defensive Player of the Week.
