Professional Experience: Hunt began his professional career with the Detroit Fury in 2003.  In 2004, Hunt joined the Yard Dawgz is the only player to be with the team since the inaugural season.  He was named to the af2 All-Ironman Team, his first All-Ironman award of his career.  Hunt was the leading receiver for the Dawgz in 2008 with 94 receptions for 1,343 yards and 26 touchdowns.  He also added 31 rushes for 54 yards and 8 touchdowns.  Hunt finished the 2008 season as Oklahoma City’s leading scorer with 226 total points.  In 2008, Hunt defensively had a sack, a recovered fumble, a safety and added 16 tackles.  Truly an all-around player, Hunt returned two kickoffs for touchdowns and was named the af2’s Schutt Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts in the Dawgz 57-42 week 2 victory over the Arkansas Twisters.  He is currently third on the af2 career touchdown list (175), second on the career receiving touchdown list (150), second on the career receiving yard list (6,745), and fourth in career reception list (486).  He has been named to three Second Team All-af2 Conference teams (2003, 2005-2008), and one First Team All-af2 Conference team in 2004.


In 2009, Hunt took his game to the record books.  He became arenafootball2’s all-time career scoring leader with 1,386 points as well as the league’s all-time career touchdowns leader (224).  Hunt finished the season with 94 receptions and 1,398 yards.  He also caught 38 touchdowns, setting a new franchise mark for receiving touchdowns in a season.  Hunt also passed fro a pair of touchdowns and rushed for 11 more on the ground.  Entering into the 2010 season, Hunt has a career total of 580 receptions for 8,143 yards and 226 total touchdowns.


College Experience:  Hunt played both quarterback and punter at NWOSU.  He was a two time All-American in both positions.  He was a member at the NWOSU National Championship team in 1999.
