Appearance Requests

To make an appearance request, please submit a detailed letter on organizational letterhead to the Yard Dawgz Community Relations Department no less than 30 days prior to your event. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we cannot guarantee all requests will be filled. Requests not submitted 30 days prior to the event are likely to remain unfilled.

Please include as many details in your request as possible:
Date, time, organization contact, what's expected, length of event, etc.
